Following on the signing of new wholesale supply agreements with Telstra and PowerTel, AAPT is to press ahead with the development of a state-of the art facility in Glebe to service the Consumer and Small enterprise markets.
AAPT will consolidate all it’s Consumer and Small Enterprise staff into one location over the next 12 months. The gradual transition to consolidate Consumer and Small Business calls to a new AAPT contact centre in Sydney will have no immediate impact on staff in Bendigo and Robina.
David Watson, General Manager, Consumer and Small said today “it makes good sense to consolidate these services to support AAPT’s new customer offering, including the adoption of a new business platform aimed at reducing churn and improving profitability.”
“We are consulting with our staff very early in process and nothing will change in the short to medium term,” he said.
