Can I have fast transfer?
Yes, you can use ‘fast transfer’ to switch to AAPT Broadband if you already have broadband with one of the providers on the list below. ‘Fast transfer’ allows you to quickly and easily move between participating broadband providers, with minimum disruption and inconvenience to you and you can be up and running with AAPT Broadband in three to five working days.
We will contact your existing supplier to arrange the transfer of your broadband service to AAPT. Once you have received written confirmation from AAPT that your broadband service has transferred to us, you must contact your previous supplier to ensure that they have stopped the billing of your broadband service (AAPT will not be liable if you do not contact your previous supplier and they continue to bill you).
