3-Way chat
3-Way chat lets you have a conversation with two people at once, so you can spread the news faster. As long as you have a tone phone, you can use 3-Way chat now.
3-Way Chat is charged at 55 cents per successful use. Standard call charges apply.
Call back (busy)
Why wait around for a busy number to become free? Call back (Busy) will redial the number for you for up to 45 minutes, and then alerts you with a distinctive ring when the called number is free (must have compatible phone).
Call back costs 35c per successful use. Standard call charges apply for the complete call.
Call blocking
Call blocking lets you keep your privacy by hiding your number when calling another phone, temporarily or permanently.
Wake up and reminder
Have trouble waking up or have an important appointment? You can set up a wake up call and reminder to make sure you on time. Access the service by calling 12454.

Abbreviated dialling
Cut down your dialling time using abbreviated dialing. It lets you store all your numbers and dial these using a 1 or 2 digit code. You can chose to store up to 8 numbers, 40 or 60 phone numbers, including STD and international numbers.

Bar 190 Adult services
190 Adult service lines are automatically barred on your fixed line service. If you want access to this feature, you'll need to contact us to apply.
Business links
Manage your calls like you're in the office with Business links. You can forward or transfer calls from your main number to another phone, make 3-way conference calls and place someone on hold while you make another call.
$13.20 $8.80 per line A usage charge of 55c plus standard call charges applies for conference calls.

Call barring
There are some types of calls that you may not want to make from your home phone, like international calls. Call barring lets you add a call bar to your account allowing you to choose the level of access, so you can still make the calls you want, and bar the ones you don’t.
Call forward (Busy)
If you never want to miss a call, Call forward (Busy) lets you automatically forward your calls to another line if yours is busy.
Standard call charges apply for forwarded calls.
Call forward (Immediate)
If you want your calls to be redirected to another line all the time, Call forward (Immediate) lets you automatically forward all your calls straight away.
Standard call charges apply for forwarded calls.
Call forward (No answer)
If there's no answer to your call, you can automatically forward all your calls to another number after 6 rings.
Standard call charges apply for forwarded calls.
Call forward (Selected callers)
If you only want to forward some of your calls, you can choose up to 15 numbers to forward to another line.

Call forward (Set the time)
If you only want to forward your calls at certain times, you can choose up to 15 time periods to forward to another line.

Call return
There's no need to miss important calls. Call return lets you retrieve your last unanswered call.
$0.35 per retrieved number. Standard call charges apply.
Call waiting
Feeling popular? If you're on a call and someone else is trying to reach you, Call waiting lets you know a new caller is waiting to speak to you. The other caller is indicated by a tone, so you can ignore the tone, or put the first caller on hold while you take a message.
Calling number display
Find out who's calling. With Calling number display the number of the caller is displayed, so you get no nasty suprises. Calling number display is only available on digital phones with numbers that are not blocked.

Call Manage call control
Call Manage call control lets you manage the types of calls you make. You can add a call bar to some types of calls, while still receiving all incoming calls.

Exchange based diversion
If you've changed your number but need a bit of time to inform all of your contacts, you can divert all incoming calls to your old number, through to your new number. This can be done for a minimum of 1 months, up to a maximum of 18 months.

Enhanced Fax - Email Fax
With Email Fax you can receive fax messages by email without the expense of a fax machine.

Never busy fax will receive and return your faxes when your machine is busy or out of paper.

If you need a new handset for your home phone, you can choose to rent one from us.

Next Available Line(rotary)
When business is busy, use Next Available Line to stream your incoming calls to the next available line if the main line is already in use.
$46.20 $2.95 per line Connection charge of $46.20 (incl. GST) per group that you've set up. Changes or additions to existing groups cost $46.20 (incl. GST) for each charge.
Voicemail (Virtual)
Voicemail lets you manage your messages, so you don't miss anything important. You can automatically divert your calls if there's no answer, or forward all your calls to Voicemail if you don’t want to be disturbed. You don't need an existing phone service as your callers can dial your mailbox directly to leave messages or you can forward calls from other phone services.

Voicemail (Away)
Keep your business open, even when it's closed. You can let your customers know of a change of address or telephone number, when you will be open again, and how you can be contacted while you're away.
